From bottle to atomizer
The full chain, step by step
Paso 1
Purchase
We buy sealed, original bottles at retail and wholesale from established fragrance stockists inside the EU/EEA and from international sellers. We are an independent decanter and reseller — not an authorised distributor for any brand, and not affiliated with or endorsed by the houses we decant.
Paso 2
Documentation
Each purchase is recorded with an invoice that ties a batch of decants back to the bottle it was filled from. These documents are kept for our accounting and are what we redact and publish here.
Paso 3
Inspection on arrival
Seal, cellophane, batch code, glass, atomiser, colour and scent are checked against a known reference before a bottle is ever opened. Anything that does not match is rejected and returned.
Paso 4
Decanting
The bottle is opened and the fragrance is transferred by hand into a new Perfumeza atomizer using clean, dedicated precision equipment — one bottle at a time, no dilution, no mixing, nothing added or removed.
Paso 5
Fill & spray check
Every atomizer is weighed or volume-checked, spray-tested and leak-tested, then labelled with the fragrance, size and batch reference you can look up on our verify page.
Paso 6
Packing & shipping
Decants are packed in protective, discreet packaging and shipped from Denmark. The original bottle stays with us and is never included in a decant order.
Purchase documentation
Redacted purchase invoices
We publish our own purchase documents in redacted form so you can see that the fragrance in your decant was bought as a sealed original bottle — not compounded, diluted or reproduced by us.
Documents available on request
We are preparing redacted copies of our purchase invoices for publication on this page. Until they are online, we send them on request to customers, marketplaces, payment providers and authorities — write to us and reference the fragrance or batch you want documentation for.
Request documentationWhat stays visible
Document type and date, the fragrance and volume purchased, and the fact that the goods are sealed original bottles.
What we black out
Supplier names and addresses, purchase prices, bank and account details, staff names and anything else that is commercially confidential or personal data.
Why
Our suppliers are entitled to confidentiality and price protection, and GDPR does not allow us to publish personal data. Redaction lets us show the substance without breaching either.

Perfumeza is an independent decanter and reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or an authorised distributor for any of the fragrance houses we decant. All brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the fragrance inside the vial. The original bottle is never included with a decant.
