All product descriptions, availability, and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.

All fragrances sold by Perfumeza are 100% authentic and sourced from authorised distributors. Products are decanted from original full-size bottles into Perfumeza sample atomizers.

All prices are displayed in the currency of the store you are shopping from (DKK, SEK, or EUR) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept payment via Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Orders are shipped via PostNord. Delivery times and costs are displayed at checkout. Perfumeza is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

Due to the nature of fragrance decant products, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene reasons. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@perfumeza.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.

You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt under Danish and EU consumer protection law, provided the product is unopened and in its original condition.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Perfumeza or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

You must not use our website to transmit unsolicited communications, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the website. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates these terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perfumeza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order to which the claim relates.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Perfumeza, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website and services at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts. As a consumer in the EU, you also retain the rights afforded to you under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
