1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We ship all orders via PostNord. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Denmark: 1–3 business days
  • Sweden: 2–4 business days
  • EU countries (Ireland, Germany, Netherlands, Italy): 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and unforeseen circumstances such as public holidays or postal delays.

Tracked Shipping on Every Order

All Perfumeza orders are shipped with tracking so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total, destination, and selected shipping method. Free shipping thresholds may apply — check the checkout for current promotions.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package on the PostNord website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

5. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • Denmark
  • Sweden
  • Ireland
  • Germany
  • Netherlands
  • Italy

We are working on expanding our shipping destinations. If your country is not listed, please contact us at contact@perfumeza.com and we will do our best to assist you.

6. Delays

While we do our best to dispatch orders promptly, carriers may occasionally experience delays due to high volume periods, public holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Perfumeza is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. Perfumeza is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at contact@perfumeza.com and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at contact@perfumeza.com. Include your order number and photos of any damage so we can assist you promptly.

We'll Make It Right

If something goes wrong with your delivery, reach out within 7 days and we will resolve it — replacement or refund, no hassle.
