This Order and Payment Policy explains how orders are processed and how payments are handled when purchasing products from Perfumeza.com, operated by Plus Global ApS (VAT: DK36734701). By placing an order on this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing

Orders placed on Perfumeza.com are typically processed within 0–1 business day.

Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Once an order has been placed successfully, customers will receive an order confirmation email. When the order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email including tracking information will be sent.

Perfumeza reserves the right to cancel orders in cases including, but not limited to, pricing errors, stock availability issues, suspected fraud, or payment authorization failure.

2. Shipping Scope

Perfumeza.com currently ships to addresses within Europe.

Orders submitted for delivery outside of Europe may be cancelled.

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Perfumeza.com does not currently offer Buy Now, Pay Later services.

4. Currency

Prices on Perfumeza.com may be displayed and processed in different currencies depending on the customer’s location or selected market.

Examples include:

  • Denmark – Danish Krone (DKK)
  • Sweden – Swedish Krona (SEK)
  • Norway – Norwegian Krone (NOK)
  • Eurozone countries – Euro (€)

Customers will see prices and complete checkout in the currency associated with their region or selected market.

If a currency conversion occurs, the exchange rate used is determined by the payment provider or platform at the time of the transaction.

Perfumeza is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by banks or payment providers.

5. Taxes

All prices displayed on Perfumeza.com include applicable VAT where required by law.

Customers within the European Union will not be charged additional import duties or customs fees.

6. Order Cancellation and Changes

Customers may request to cancel or modify their order before the order has been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. Customers who wish to return an item after shipment must follow the procedures outlined in our Refund and Return Policy.

7. Payment Security

Perfumeza.com uses industry-standard security technologies to protect customer information.

All payments are processed through secure payment gateways using SSL encryption and PCI-DSS compliant payment providers.

Perfumeza does not store full payment card details on its servers.

8. Guest Checkout

Customers may place orders using guest checkout without creating an account.

Creating an account is optional and allows customers to view order history and manage future purchases more easily.

9. Product Packaging and Decant Disclaimer

Perfumeza sells perfume samples and decanted fragrances in 3ml, 5ml, and 10ml bottles. Products may be transferred from the manufacturer’s original packaging into smaller sample containers for the purpose of resale as fragrance samples.

Perfumeza is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the original fragrance brand owners.

All trademarks, brand names, and product names remain the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification and descriptive purposes.
