1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of fragrance decant products, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene reasons. Items must be unused and in their original condition to be eligible for a return.
Hygiene Policy
For the safety of all our customers, opened or used fragrance vials cannot be returned. Please contact us before returning any item.
2. Return Window
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt under Danish and EU consumer protection law, provided the product is unopened and in its original condition. Please notify us within this window at contact@perfumeza.com.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer support team at contact@perfumeza.com with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm it has been received. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Opened or used fragrance vials
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at time of purchase
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@perfumeza.com with your order number and photos of the damage or incorrect item. We will make it right — replacement or full refund, no hassle.

8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different fragrance, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
9. Sale Items
Sale items are eligible for return under the same conditions as regular items unless otherwise stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
10. How Long Refunds Take
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Once issued from our side, please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the amount in your account.
