At Perfumeza.com we do allow cancellations due to a change of mind, however the following conditions apply
Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they are in transit
If your order has already been delivered you may return it, but the return shipping cost must be covered by the customer
Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packagin.
To edit your order please do the following:
- Contact our customer service via email address, or Live Chat.
- Have your order number ready when contacting customer service.
- We cannot guarantee changes to orders after 24 hours of placement. This is because orders may be processed once received
